## Two working concepts

“The Burlak’s Breakfast” and “The Steamship Owner’s Breakfast” are recorded as the internal basis of a gastronomic concept. A historical reconstruction with an inversion sets the research framework.

## From history to sequence

The artel logic of a workers’ cooperative connects a shared meal, distribution and cost. From this framework grows a conversation about the product, its cultural role and how it is served.

## Connection with Tashkent

Both concepts belong to the breakfast line. The most fully documented sequence in this line is “Tashkent — City of Bread”. What is published here is a description of the idea, without reconstructed menus or unverified historical prices.
