Field Notes turns an author’s observation into an independent archive object. Three issues are recorded in the project: a dinner report, a set design method and an analysis of the catering market.

The full text of issue No. 003, “Managing Chaos”, is published below. It connects client expectations, processes, logistics and the experience of [name withheld]. The numerical examples refer to the author’s 2026 material and are not a promise of results.
