# Tashkent — City of Bread

A breakfast concept connecting North and East through bread, pairings and service.

## Idea

It is built on the meeting of two gastronomic registers. Caviar and bread become the language of the Samara → Tashkent route. Patyr bread is broken by hand: the guest’s action becomes part of the sequence rather than a detail of the table setting.

## Structure

The approved concept includes 13 items. Service is built as six scenes and four rounds. The paired “North — East” logic links the choice of products, presentation and the rhythm of the breakfast.
